• Too many fields. People give up when a form feels long.
• Forced sign-up. Many people won't make an account just to buy once.
• Few ways to pay. In India, many shoppers expect UPI.
• Hard on a phone. Small buttons and slow pages push people out.

What to do

Buy something from your own store, on your own phone. Note each moment you feel stuck. Then fix the biggest one first.

Checklist

1. Show the delivery cost before checkout.
2. Let people buy without an account.
3. Ask only for what you need to deliver the order.
4. Offer UPI, cards and any other way your buyers pay.
5. Test the whole checkout on a phone.
