Refund policy
What happens to your money if plans change, explained plainly.

The short version
You only pay for work I have started or finished for you.
Work that hasn’t started can be refunded. Work that has started or finished can’t.
Before the work starts
If I have not started your work, you get a full refund.
Just let me know before I begin, and I will return your whole payment.
After the work starts
The advance covers work already begun, so it is not refundable.
If you stop midway, I will refund anything you paid for work I haven’t started.
Monthly packages
You can stop before any new month starts, with no extra charge.
I don’t refund a month that has already begun, but you keep the work from that month once it is paid for.
If I can’t deliver
If I can’t deliver something you paid for, you get that part back.
I will work out the amount with you and refund it.
Ad spend and other costs
Money paid to other companies can’t be refunded by me.
- Money spent on Meta or Google ads
- Domains, hosting and apps bought for your project
How to ask for a refund
Send me a message with your name and the package you bought.
Approved refunds are paid within 7 working days.
